Multi-style Yoga Lesson covers a variety range of yoga styles (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa and Yin), fused together into an holistic perspective. HATHA YOGA Hatha yoga is a foundational and balanced yoga style that emphasizes physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama) to align and harmonize the body and mind. It is often considered the "yoga of balance" because it helps achieve a balance between strength and flexibility. Hatha yoga classes typically involve a series of postures held for varying durations, promoting physical fitness, relaxation, and mental clarity. It's an excellent choice for beginners and those looking for a holistic approach to yoga. VINYASA YOGA Vinyasa yoga, sometimes referred to as "flow yoga," is a dynamic and fluid yoga style that emphasizes the synchronization of breath with movement. In Vinyasa classes, practitioners move through a series of poses, each linked seamlessly to the next through a continuous flow of breath. This style offers a cardiovascular workout, builds strength and flexibility, and enhances mindfulness. Vinyasa yoga encourages creativity in sequencing, making each class unique. It's suitable for those looking for an energetic, fast-paced practice that promotes physical fitness and mental focus. YIN YOGA Yin yoga is a slow and meditative yoga style that targets the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. In Yin yoga, postures are held for an extended period, often three to five minutes or more, allowing practitioners to relax into each pose and release tension. This style emphasizes stillness and mindfulness, making it a great complement to more active forms of yoga. Yin yoga is known for its ability to improve KUNDALINI YOGA Kundalini yoga is a dynamic and spiritually-oriented yoga practice that focuses on awakening and channeling the dormant energy at the base of the spine, known as "kundalini." This style combines postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), chanting, and meditation to activate this vital energy and promote spiritual growth. Kundalini yoga aims to clear energy blockages, enhance self-awareness, and foster a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
